Macao, January 13, 2025 — Wynn Palace will host a trio of exciting guest mixologist events featuring three of the world’s hottest and most influential mixologists from Tokyo Confidential in Japan and Tres Monos in Argentina for two nights only on January 17 and 18. Wynn looks forward to welcoming cocktail lovers and visitors from around the world to experience a flavorful journey of South American and Asian mixology at its finest.

On Friday, January 17, SW Bar at Wynn Palace will welcome award-winning mixologist Holly Graham, Founder and Creative Director of Tokyo Confidential, located in Japan’s capital. Within just nine months of opening, Tokyo Confidential earned a spot on the coveted Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024 list, ranking #53. Since 2020, Holly has also consistently ranked on the Bar World 100 – a list of the world’s 100 most influential figures in the bar industry – and is currently #19. During her time at SW Bar, Holly will personally create a series of extraordinary cocktails, showcasing her creativity and colorful personality.

On the same evening, Sebastian Atienza and Lucila Calichio from the famed Tres Monos in Buenos Aires, Argentina will present a vibrant and eclectic mix of South American cocktails to guests at Wing Lei Bar. Tres Monos is not only ranked #7 on the World's 50 Best Bars list, the immensely popular venue is also rated as “The Best Bar in South America 2024”. The free-spirited trendy bar in Argentina is renowned for its relaxed ambience, stellar service, and attention to detail in its creation of perfectly crafted cocktails. Sebastian, the owner of Tres Monos, has garnered more than 20 years of hospitality experience and is an influential leader in the Argentinian bar industry. This month, he is traveling halfway around the world together with Bar Manager and Bartender Lucila Calichio to share their passion and playful style of South American mixology with guests in Macao.

To build even greater buzz around mixology in Macao, Tokyo Confidential and Tres Monos are teaming up for the first time to host a very special “Confidential Monos” evening at Palace Reserve Club on Saturday, January 18. Holly Graham, Sebastian Atienza, and Lucila Calichio will present a variety of thoughtfully crafted cocktails which feature a unique blend of South American and Asian flavors for guests to discover the mastery of mixology from two vastly different regions of the world.
