A night of haute Chinese cooking prepared by Asia's leading chefs

Macao, May 30, 2024 — As the prestigious award ceremony for the World's 50 Best Restaurants takes place in Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Las Vegas joins hands with Wynn Macau to unveil an "East Meets Best Collaboration Dinner" during Revelry, an all-new culinary festival from June 5 – 8 that will showcase a variety of events and curated experiences. One of the astonishing festival line-ups features top culinary talent from Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau, who will bring their Asian cuisine expertise to Las Vegas on June 5.

The "East Meets Best Collaboration Dinner" will be hosted by Chef Ming Yu from Wing Lei at Wynn Las Vegas who will welcome Chef André Chiang, Wynn Culinary Ambassador; Chef Tam Kwok Fung, Executive Chef of Chef Tam's Seasons at Wynn Palace; and Chef Henry Zhang, Executive Chef of Golden Flower at Wynn Macau to prepare the finest haute Chinese cooking. In addition to the remarkable flavors of Asian cuisines, the dinner will also showcase award-winning Chinese wines of the inaugural "Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards" to promote China's best offerings on the global level.

Globally renowned Chef André Chiang also unveiled his latest pop-up project "BROTH by André Chiang" at Mizumi, Wynn Macau in early May, introducing brand-new, personalized hot pot experience that focuses not only on the abundance of ingredients, but a celebration of the broth, the true soul of hot pot.

Chef Ming Yu began as assistant chef at Wing Lei Las Vegas in 2005, offering guests refined Cantonese, Shanghai, and Szechuan dishes in an equally elegant and stylish setting. After being promoted to executive chef in 2010, his leadership and expertise led the restaurant to be recognized with one Michelin star, making it the first North American Chinese restaurant to receive this distinction.
