Usher in a Prosperous Chinese New Year at Wynn
Dine at our award-winning Chinese restaurants at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace

Macau, January 7, 2020 – To celebrate the Year of the Golden Rat, our master chefs at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace Cotai have carefully crafted a series of special Chinese New Year gourmet offerings for guests to celebrate with friends and family. The Michelin two-starred restaurants at Wynn Macau – Golden Flower and Wing Lei – will prepare the best of China's north and south for a prosperous new year. While over at Wynn Palace, our Asia's 50 Best Restaurant – Wing Lei Palace – will present Cantonese dishes with a traditional and modern flair.

Wynn Macau
The Michelin two-starred Golden Flower, proud recipient of this Michelin accolade for eight consecutive years, is introducing a series of auspicious Chinese New Year dishes to celebrate the arrival of spring. Among the festive dishes on the menu is the traditional Beijing Braised Pork Hock and Egg in Soy Sauce. Pork hock is a symbol of good fortune and health throughout this new year, the Chinese character for "longevity" will be emblazoned on all four sides of the pork hock. Golden Flower will also offer traditional Northern Chinese-style dishes such as Beijing style Deep-fried Glutinous Rice Cake to bring about prosperity in the new year.

Wynn Macau is also home to another Michelin two-starred Cantonese restaurant – Wing Lei – which will present a variety of dishes in honor of Chinese New Year. The Stir-fried Prawn and Sea Limpet dish combines Malaysian giant tiger prawns and delicately fried osmanthus mussels. These two ingredients are a perfect match and signify the reunion and good fortune of family and friends this Lunar New Year. Each one of the Chinese New Year dishes on offer at Wing Lei are distinctly Cantonese in flavor and display the highly skillful techniques of the chefs.

Red 8 and 99 Noodles will be serving Chinese New Year favorites, with Chinese New Year specialties and Chef Recommended dishes. Buns and Bubbles at Wynn Macau will also be serving festive pastries and tea specialties for a true flavor of Chinese New Year.
