Macau, January 17, 2024 – Wynn Macau, Limited today announced a 2.5% - 6% salary increase, effective March 1, 2024, for all eligible employees (excluding senior management) of Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, which represents 99.8% of the current 11,390 workforce.

Eligible team members with a monthly salary of MOP16,000 or below will receive a salary increase of MOP600, equivalent to an increase of 3.8% - 6%. Eligible team members with a monthly salary above MOP16,000 will receive an average of a 2.5% salary increase. A special allowance equivalent to one month's gross salary will also be paid on January 31, 2024, to all eligible full-time Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace team members.
