Wynn and IWC Reunite to Host World's Leading Sake Event

- The Gala Dinner on June 24 will be masterfully crafted by Asia's 50 Best Restaurants award-winner Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung of Wing Lei Palace; Wynn Executive Pastry Chef Yoann Mathy; Executive Chef Michihiro Haruta of Tokyo's Michelin one-starred Crony restaurant and Executive Chef Takagi Kazuo of the Michelin two-starred Kyoto Cuisine Takagi. Together, they will present the flavors of China, Japan and France for guests to savor with the finest sake from Yamagata prefecture at the dinner banquet. This 8-course dinner menu is priced at MOP 1,388* per guest.
- A very special Dinner at Mizumi on June 25 will feature an exquisite pairing of Yamagata sake with the flavors of France. Mizumi at Wynn Palace is pleased to welcome Head Chef Noboru Arai of the Michelin two-starred Hommage in Tokyo, giving guests the opportunity of a lifetime to experience his star-studded cuisine paired with award-winning IWC sake. This 8-course dinner is priced at MOP 1,888*.
