Savor experiential cocktails inspired by the bars at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace

Macau, September 7, 2023 — Committed to captivating guests with multi-sensory food and beverage experiences in Macau, Wynn is pleased to present a new collection of thoughtfully crafted cocktails designed by acclaimed Master Mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini. Mercer Boarini has gained numerous recognitions throughout her career, including "Top Bartender in Las Vegas" and "Top 10 Female Bartenders in the World". Renowned for her attention to detail and consistently challenging herself to create new experiences for guests of Wynn, she will soon reveal a new collection of drinks for a number of bars and restaurants at Wynn in Macau, commencing with Wing Lei Bar at Wynn Palace as well as Bar Cristal and Cinnebar at Wynn Macau in September. Mercer Boarini pours a great deal of thought into every single drink she designs. She draws inspiration from the beautiful interiors of each locale; showcases her molecular magic with cham-feign foams, showstopping garnishes and liquid nitrogen flourishes.

Wing Lei Bar presents precious gemstone cocktails
Upon arrival into Wing Lei Bar, it is almost as if one is stepping into an elegant, mirrored jewelry box, where magnificent gemstones – Malachite, Lapis Lazuli, golden Tiger Eye and Rose Quartz –
adorn the walls. Inspired by Wing Lei Bar's jewelry box design, Mercer Boarini has crafted six collectible gemstone cocktails and mocktails – "Mother of Pearl", "Citrine", "Ruby", "Amber" and more – the first collection of experiential cocktails to debut in Macau on September 8.

Escape to Cinnebar to experience the Good Vibes!
Cinnebar is a warm and inviting lobby lounge bar set within Wynn Macau. Guests are also welcome to venture outdoors by the pool to enjoy breath-taking views of rippling blue waves and lush green gardens while sipping on fine wines or cocktails. Mercer Boarini's new cocktail creations for Cinnebar are inspired by the intimate experience of sharing fine cocktails, teas and conversation at the beautiful bar and patio by the pool. Her cocktails also pay respect to the rich traditions of Chinese culture by featuring tea, liquor and other signature Chinese touches. On September 22, Cinnebar will launch eight creative cocktails and mocktails, including "Earthly Branch", "Eye Candy", "Solar Power", "Good Vibes Only", "Three Treasures" and "Dragon King", where each drink serves as a perfect conversation starter.    

Creative surprises await at Bar Cristal 
Set within Encore Tower at Wynn Macau, Bar Cristal's décor is a masterful work of art crowned with a 19th-century antique French chandelier. The stunning Bar Cristal and the intoxicating Moon Jelly Aquarium inside the Encore Lobby serve as sources of inspiration for Mercer Boarini's artful creations. Guests will soon be in for an incredible surprise as Bar Cristal reveals seven drinks, including "Moon Jelly", "Azure Dragon", "Mazu", "Sakura" and "Golden Age" on September 22.
