Wynn Successfully Stages New Maritime Tourism Experience with "Wynn Concert by the Sea"

Macao, May 4, 2024 — In collaboration with the Macao SAR Government's '1+4' moderate diversification development strategy, and to showcase Macao's unique maritime tourism offerings, Wynn hosted the "2024 Wynn Concert by the Sea" today (May 4) at the Coloane Yacht Berthing Area. The event received an enthusiastic response, attracting more than 400 people to register to join in the live music event. Wynn hopes that maritime tourism events such as these will give visitors an opportunity to personally experience Macao's vibrant arts and culture through music and pave the way for the city's tourism industry to develop in a more diversified way.

Officiating guests in attendance at the "2024 Wynn Concert by the Sea" launch ceremony included: Mr. José Tavares, Chairman of Administration Committee on Municipal Affairs of the Municipal Affairs Bureau; Ms. Tong Iok Peng, Acting Director of the Marine and Water Bureau; Mr. Cheng Wai Tong, Acting Director of the Macao Government Tourism Office; Mr. Ip Wa Chio, Acting Assistant Director-General of Macao Customs Service; Ms. Linda Chen, President and Vice Chairman of the Board of Wynn Macau, Limited; Ms. Ng Siu Lai, President of the General Union of Neighborhood Associations of Macau; Mr. Steven Wang, National President of the Junior Chamber International Macao, China; Mr. Leong Pou U, Vice President of the Macau Federation of Trade Unions; Mr. Siu Hin Wah, Chairman of the General Association of Chinese Students of Macao; Ms. Nina Si, Vice President of the Macao New Chinese Youth Association; Ms. Liu Jiayu, Chairman of the Macau Economic and People's Livelihood Alliance; Mr. Ken Ha, President of the Macau Association of Jiangmen Youths and Mr. Cheng Jie, Chairman of Yuet Tung Shipping Co., Ltd.

A diverse range of talented artists from Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao performed for "Wynn Concert by the Sea" including Janis Chen, Man Band, ØZI, Jonathan Chang, Bob Cheung, Hubert Wu and many more. Concertgoers cheered and sang along with the performers, completely reveling in the party atmosphere. The entertainment venue featured check-in locations as well as food and beverage stalls set up by local SMEs. Locals and tourists were invited to attend the concert for free and for their convenience, Wynn provided complimentary shuttle services to and from Coloane. Wynn is thrilled to have successfully staged an entirely new and diverse Macao experience for everyone to enjoy.
