Wynn Achieves the Most Michelin Stars and the Most Michelin-starred Restaurants In Macau
Macau, January 27, 2021 – The Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2021 has awarded nine Michelin stars to five signature restaurants at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace. With this recognition, Wynn raises the bar yet again. In addition, Wing Lei Palace, the opulent Cantonese restaurant, also received its first Michelin star in an unprecedented year.
Wynn Macau:
- Wing Lei (Two Stars)
- Golden Flower (Two Stars)
- Mizumi (Two Stars)
Wynn Palace:
- Sichuan Moon (Two Stars)
- Wing Lei Palace (One Star)
"In conjunction with nine signature restaurants at Wynn receiving Forbes Five Star Awards, these nine Michelin Stars reaffirm our commitment to promoting Macau as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy," Kristoffer Luczak, Executive Vice President of Food & Beverage for Wynn said.
During the announcement of this year's awards, Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the Michelin Guides said that 2020 was a year full of unprecedented challenges but also a year full of opportunities for innovation. Even in these difficult times, culinary and service teams made tremendous efforts to overcome the crisis and worked tirelessly throughout the year to be creative, dynamic and resilient. The latest edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau celebrates these remarkable achievements.
