Macao, June 28, 2024 — The 6th Macau Integrated Tourism and Leisure Enterprises Vocational Skills Competition – an important annual competitive event for the local hospitality sector – was successfully co-organized by the Macao Labour Affairs Bureau and the Macau Federation of Trade Unions on June 27.  In continued support of the event, 27 Wynn team members participated in the Gaming & Entertainment Vocational Skills Competition, Hotel Services Vocational Skills Competition, and the Gastronomy Vocational Skills Competition this year. Wynn team members exceled once again while competing amongst their peers in the hospitality industry and while also exchanging ideas with one another. Throughout this year's competition, Wynn team members showcased their outstanding vocational skills and ability to work closely as a team, garnering an impressive 9 awards. Their success is a testament to Wynn's ongoing contribution toward nurturing talents through its award-winning training and development programs.

The Vocational Skills Competition aims to showcase the efforts and professional skills of hospitality employees and to provide a platform for mutual observation, discussion, and communication. The event also seeks to stimulate innovation, encourage life-long study and the advancement of skills to elevate the level of professionalism and the quality of tourism and leisure services in Macao. Wynn has participated in this competition for many years, and winning a total of 9 awards this year. These include champion (Individual) of Chip Handling and Game Rules, Special Gold Award in Customer Service in the Gaming & Entertainment Vocational Skills Competition; Special Gold Award and The Most Efficient Award in Housekeeping, Gold Award and The Best Teamwork Award in Facilities Maintenance in the Hotel Services Vocational Skills Competition; Gold Award in F&B Western Service and Silver Award in Chinese Culinary in the Gastronomy Vocational Skills Competition. which is a truly remarkable achievement.
