Macau, December 31, 2021 – Wynn Macau, Limited announced today that a Special Allowance equivalent to one month's gross salary, will be paid on January 28, 2022 to all eligible Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace team members, representing 97.8% of the current 12,000 workforce. This Special Allowance is being awarded to show the company's appreciation to all team members for their collective efforts during the past challenging year.

With the exceptional level of loyalty, commitment and discipline demonstrated by all Wynn team members, the company has been able to ensure the continuity and enhancement of its renowned service culture and hospitality standards, and helped to protect the health of all colleagues and Wynn guests. This has been particularly evident during the ongoing period of pandemic prevention and control, with team members actively responding to the SAR government's encouragement for everyone to get vaccinated. The vaccination rate for Wynn team members has now reached 94.2% which will help to build herd immunity for the community.
