Macao, April 28, 2025 The 2025 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide revealed this year's winning restaurants from Macao, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other overseas destinations at a gala awards ceremony in Singapore on April 25. Two Wynn Palace restaurants – Chef Tam's Seasons and SW Steakhouse – received Black Pearl "One-Diamond Restaurant" honors. Chef Tam's Seasons, the refined Cantonese restaurant which embraces the philosophy of "eating in season", earned the "One-Diamond Restaurant" distinction for the first time, while SW Steakhouse garnered the "One-Diamond Restaurant" honor for the fourth consecutive year for its continued commitment to culinary excellence. These honors from Black Pearl Restaurant Guide recognize Wynn's consistent dedication toward delivering exceptional dining experiences and shine a light on Macao's status as a "Creative City of Gastronomy".

Cantonese Master Chef Tam Kwok Fung, who received the prestigious "Chef of the Year" title from the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide in 2023, is the creative genius behind Chef Tam's Seasons.  Renowned for its ever-changing menus based on his philosophy of 24 solar terms, the seasonal delicacies for each dish at Chef Tam's Seasons are thoughtfully prepared in accordance with time to carefully harmonize the flavor profiles and encourage guests to "eat in season". At the helm of SW Steakhouse is Executive Chef Helder Sequeira Amaral, who insists on carefully selecting only premium ingredients from around the world. To elevate the dining experience further, the lights darken, music fades and an aperture opens, presenting a one-of-a-kind animated theatrical surprise.
