Presented by Wynn Palace Cotai in collaboration with world-renowned luxury label Salvatore Ferragamo, this unique afternoon tea is available exclusively at Wing Lei Bar every Saturday and Sunday from April 14 to May 13, for a limited time only.

Crafted by Yoann Mathy, Executive Pastry Chef of Wynn Palace, this fashionably stylish and gourmet afternoon tea draws inspiration from the classical design elements of Salvatore Ferragamo and promises to delight guests with an array of delectable and exquisite treats.

 

Mirroring Salvatore Ferragamo's latest Spring-Summer 2018 SOFIA RAINBOW handbag collection and the classic THALIA handbag collection, Chef Yoann has fashioned miniature replicas with fondant. Paired with Vanilla Cheesecake and Chocolate and Coffee Tart, respectively, these alluring delicacies are almost too beautiful to eat. The FLOWERS Rose and Chocolate Chantilly, featuring silky rose cream with white chocolate flakes, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, pay tribute to the brand's signature floral pattern. The Hazelnut Gianduja Shortbread is shaped to reflect the heart and soul of the brand's FLOWER HEEL design and features a deliciously addictive smooth and rich hazelnut paste. In a surprising twist, the Fragrance – Amo Ferragamo Shooter is an edible version of the brand's signature fragrance, whereby the refined flavors of blackcurrant, vanilla, Campari and jasmine are beautifully showcased in layers of colors and tastes. In addition to the eye-catching sweet treats, the afternoon tea includes an assortment of savory items like Foie Gras and Truffle, Lobster and Avocado Roll, and Mini Scallop Quiche with Caviar, which are also not-to-be-missed.

 

Adorned with an antique chandelier, Wing Lei Bar at Wynn Palace glitters like a box of jewels, providing the perfect backdrop for this elegantly tasteful afternoon tea experience.
