The only resort in China to have earned this prestigious accolade

Macau, November 8, 2023 — Wynn Palace Cotai has received the "Best Gourmet Hotel" award from the 2023 Condé Nast Traveler China Gold List for a second consecutive year, and remains the only resort in China to have earned this prestigious accolade.  The world-renowned Condé Nast Traveler Gold List honors hotels that exemplify the gold standard of service and hospitality, and Wynn Palace has successfully garnered this recognition once again for its exceptional dining experiences, attentive service and by leading the way in hosting global gastronomy events to further build on Macau's status as a UNESCO "Creative City of Gastronomy".

The five fine dining restaurants at Wynn Palace are Chef Tam's Seasons, Lakeview Palace, SW Steakhouse, Mizumi and Sushi Mizumi. Chef Tam's Seasons, founded by Cantonese Master Chef Tam Kwok Fung, is a brand new conceptual restaurant at Wynn Palace, where every dish is prepared in accordance with the 24 solar terms and pays homage to the cultural traditions of Chinese cuisine. Executive Chef Wilson Fam is at the helm of another newly opened restaurant – Lakeview Palace – where he presents the best of modern Jiangnan cuisine by using contemporary Western techniques and classic Chinese culinary traditions. SW Steakhouse, recipient of one Diamond from the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide offers classic American steakhouse fare and the finest seafood in a theatrical setting. Mizumi at Wynn Palace, led by a team of Japanese master chefs who proudly present the authentic flavors of Japan, has received two Diamonds from the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide. The award-winning Sushi Mizumi is a unique dining experience influenced by Tokyo's renowned sushi bars, where guests can explore this distinctive culinary art form. The prestigious Forbes Travel Guide rates all five venues – SW Steakhouse, Mizumi and Sushi Mizumi – as Five-Star restaurants.

To ensure the sustainable growth of Macau's food and beverage industry, Wynn also frequently hosts global gastronomy events to boost local culinary talent and to build cultural exchanges with food and beverage professionals around the world. Most recently, Wynn hosted the "Wynn Gastronomy Extravaganza – A World Tour of Chili" and "The 3rd Macau-Qingdao Beer & Cultural Festival" featuring a "Chili Cook-Off" for local culinary professionals.  Wynn also held a series of ground-breaking culinary events throughout this year in partnership with global organizations and continued to host the "Wynn Guest Chef Dining Series" to bring in professionals from all over the world to share their culinary expertise with Macau's food and beverage industry.
