'Wynn Guest Chef Series' presents the finest in Asian Gastronomy
Culinary masters of our time will be showcasing exceptional culinary skills at Wynn
 
Macau, June 7, 2018 – In advocating the development of the food and beverage industry, Wynn continues to bring to Macau more spectacular world-class gourmet events. Beginning from June 21, Wynn has invited star chefs from around the world to participate in the 'Wynn Guest Chef Series' to be held at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace Cotai. The star-studded lineup includes Michelin-starred chefs and renowned chefs who have just been recognized at the recent Asia's 50 Best Restaurants Awards Ceremony held at Wynn will present unprecedented dining experiences for guests and some of them will even join hands with the star chefs at Wynn.
 
Labyrinth (Singapore)
Awarded one star by Michelin Guide Singapore, Labyrinth will be showcasing its avant-garde neo-Singaporean Cuisine at SW Steakhouse. Chef Li Guang Han is famed for surprising guests with his mysterious dining experience where he combines visual illusions and gastronomic taste sensations.

Shoun RyuGin (Taiwan)
Awarded two stars by Michelin Guide Taipei and ranked No.47 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants' list, Shoun RyuGin, will be presenting a dining experience at Mizumi at Wynn Macau. The restaurant is led by Chef de Cuisine Ryohei Hieda, who constantly communicates with farmers and fishermen to procure high-quality Taiwanese produce for the creation of a unique and inspired Kaiseki cuisine.

Le Du (Thailand)
Ranked 14 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants' list, Le Du from Bangkok, Thailand, will open a pop-up kitchen at Andrea's. Thanks to the dedication and commitment of chef-proprietor Thitid Tassanakajohn in his continuous research and innovation of new ideas, Le Du's ranking on the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants' list has jumped from No.37 to No.14 this year. The name of the restaurant, Le Du, meaning "season" in Thai, also embodies chef Thitid's philosophy of using only the freshest seasonal ingredients in creating his French-influenced lively and modern Thai cuisine.

Il Ristorante Luca Fantin (Japan)
Awarded one star by Michelin Guide Tokyo and ranked No.28 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants' list, Il Ristorante Luca Fantin at Bulgari Tokyo is helmed by Italian Executive Chef Luca Fantin. His style is a contemporary interpretation of traditional Italian cuisine with the use of top-quality seasonal local Japanese produce to create his vision.

BO Innovation (Hong Kong)
Having been awarded the coveted three stars by Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau for three consecutive years, BO Innovation will be showcasing its innovative cuisine at Wing Lei Palace. Chef Alvin Leung, a.k.a. Demon Chef, is passionate about experimental cuisine and improvisation. He weaves Chinese cuisine elements into the aesthetics of molecular gastronomy, thereby creating his very own 'X-treme Chinese' cuisine that fuses Chinese ingredients with Western culinary techniques.
