Through personality-driven mixology of repurposed culinary ingredients sourced from other inter-hotel venues, Head Mixologist Mark Lloyd presents a two-prong menu concept: unconventional twists on classic cocktails divided into four categories (sours, stirred, daisy, and alternatini), and a bespoke bar program, served in intricately hand-cut crystal glassware. Here, the team celebrates the spirit of hospitality and serves as a beacon in the industry for creating exceptionally memorable experiences.

Beyond being the optimal destination to indulge in a wide selection of fine gin, rare Japanese whiskys, wines and Champagnes, the Wing Lei Bar artfully pioneers unexpected ingredients to curate drinks to each guest's unique palate, assembling flavor profiles like Lego building blocks into a whole greater than the sum of its parts.

Designed to emulate an antique jewelry box, Wing Lei Bar evokes glamor and elegance in every dazzling detail. Malachite, Lapis Lazuli, golden Tiger Eye and Rose Quartz adorn the walls and transform the space into a decorative treasure hunt for guests to explore.     

The bar's opulent setting coupled with its inventive drinks program invites guests to savor anything from a cheeky tipple as the sun sets through a nightcap to end the evening on a high note.
