Pipachá is our signature tea at Sichuan Moon. This organic Oolong Tea is originally from the Huangshan mountain range of Anhui. The Oolong tea leaves are then shipped to Porto (Portugal), where they are aged for six months in a Niepoort Colheita 1987 Port pipa. This unique aging process creates a unique complexity to the aromas and flavors of this tea.
