Secret Recipe – King Crab Leg
The “Pixian” broad bean sauce is the very soul of Sichuan cuisine. We have taken this special Sichuan sauce and blended it with a local, Cantonese ‘typhoon shelter powder’ crab to create the Secret Recipe – King Crab Leg. On the side, it comes with pesto sauce and chargrilled tuna fish oil, so that it is full of robust flavors and a reflection of the rich history of Sichuan cuisine.
